Unique weekender in loden grey/cox orange by F. Hammann
This weekender bag was inspired by the spacious and practical historic doctor's bags. It is a true epitome of luxury and craftsmanship. Every detail, from the choice of bullskin to the finely lined suede interior, has been carefully thought out and implemented to create a bag of the highest quality and functionality.
The natural bull leather is characterized by its fine natural grains, which give each bag its uniqueness, as no two bags are exactly the same. The beige suede lining forms a harmonious contrast to the outer leather and underlines its elegance.
Thanks to the invisibly integrated steel brackets, the travel bag can be opened wide and quickly and remains in this open position, allowing easy, convenient and uncomplicated access to the contents.
The wide zipper is sturdy yet smooth, and the exterior pocket provides quick access to travel tickets and other essentials.
Loden: A traditional fabric rediscovered
In this weekender, loden was chosen as the main material. Loden is a high-quality fabric made from 100% natural Austrian sheep's wool, refined through processing that involves up to 40 steps. Due to the high weave density, the material is not only robust, but also water and dirt repellent, which makes it particularly easy to care for. Its unique quality comes from fulling, which gives the fabric its felt-like texture and functional properties. In addition, the wool is enriched with fine fibers from other animals such as alpacas and cashmere goats, making loden an epitome of alpine textile tradition and natural elegance.

F. Hammann leather goods since 1864
In today's fast-paced world, it is rare to find products that are both handcrafted and made with such attention to detail. At F. Hammann, one of the oldest manufacturers of leather goods in Germany, you can feel the passion and skill in every millimeter of this product.
The factory for fine leather goods is located and produces in Offenbach am Main. Since its founding in 1864, the manufacturer has been one of the most traditional manufacturers of leather goods and personal travel accessories in Germany. The leather products are designed to last and often last a lifetime.
Should a defect arise in the products, we offer a repair service for the beloved items.
The sustainable processing of the leather
This durable bull leather from southern German and Austrian origins gets its natural color from the rare and elaborate aniline dyeing. This type of dyeing is characterized by the fact that the dye penetrates very far into the leather and is not just applied on the surface. This preserves the surface structure of the leather, which makes each product unique in its nature.
The leather for the F. Hammann factory is tanned in Santa Croce near Florence in Italy from the best bull hides. We work without chromium salts and in closed circuits, which means that the latest EU environmental standards are well below the latest EU environmental standards. The leather is created as a by-product of the local industry - no animal is used exclusively for its leather.
