Frequently asked questions

The delivery time varies depending on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method:

• Germany: 1 – 3 business days (Express: 1 – 2 days)
• EU: 2 – 5 business days
• Switzerland: 3 – 7 business days

The exact delivery times for each product can be found directly on the respective product page.

We ship by default with DHL and use UPS for express deliveries. Shipments to Switzerland are also handled by UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter this number on the carrier's website to check the current delivery status.

Within Germany and the EU, we offer free return shipping. Unused items can be returned free of charge within 14 days.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition. This means they must be unused and may still have attached labels. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

Please contact us before returning any items to clarify the details. You will then receive a return label from us.
