Refund Policy

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website (dasfeinebad.de). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g., by email) of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse a refund for goods that can be shipped by parcel until we have received these goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned these goods, whichever is the earlier.

We will collect non-parcel-shippable goods.

You must return or hand over parcel-shippable goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning parcel-shippable goods. We bear the costs of returning non-parcel-shippable goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods that can perish quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;

- for business purchases, a withdrawal is only possible upon agreement;

- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
