Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to all EU countries.

For shipping to Switzerland and all non-EU countries please read here.

Shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Standard shipping via DHL (1 - 3 days): Free

Express shipping (1 - 2 days): 15.00 € (incl. VAT)

Deliveries to other EU countries:

Standard shipping via DHL (2 - 5 days): 8.90 € (VAT included.)

Deliveries to Switzerland:

Standard shipping via UPS (3 - 7 days): 19.90 € (excl. VAT)

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 days, and for international deliveries within 4 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Returns

We offer free returns within Germany and the EU. Unused items can be returned free of charge within 14 days.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, meaning they must be unused and with any tags still attached. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

Deliveries to Switzerland and all non-EU countries

Switzerland:

  • As a Swiss customer, you do not have to pay the current German VAT of 19%. The invoice is issued net, without showing the VAT item. Important: As a Swiss customer, you will therefore see the prices in the online shop without the German VAT of 19% .
  • As a Swiss private customer, you must pay an import sales tax of 8.1% + applicable customs fees on an order placed with us. The tax payment is due before or when the shipment is handed over by our logistics partner in Switzerland.
  • For orders worth more than 1000 euros, please send a separate e-mail to shop@dasfeinebad.de , as additional customs clearance measures are then necessary.

All other non-EU countries:

  • We issue an invoice without our VAT valid in Germany, accordingly the price on the invoice is reduced by 19%.
  • You will then pay the VAT rate applicable in your country + the current customs fees yourself. The parcel service handles this automatically. The parcel service provider will usually contact you by email shortly before the parcel arrives and you pay the fees online.
  • The fees and VAT rates vary slightly depending on the goods.
  • To ensure that everything runs smoothly, send us your product requests and your exact contact details by email to shop@dasfeinebad.de or via our contact form . The article number or article name is sufficient.
  • We will then send you an invoice by email. Once we have received your payment, we will send you the goods promptly.
