Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery is within Germany and to all EU countries.

We also ship to all non-EU countries.

However, there are a few things to consider. Please read below.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge shipping costs.
Express delivery: 15,00 €

Deliveries to other EU countries:

We charge a flat rate for shipping costs in the EU as follows: 8,90 €

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1–3 days, for deliveries abroad within 4–5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and German public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Deliveries to all non-EU countries:

As there are a few things to consider when ordering outside the EU, we are unable to offer these across the board in the store.

We therefore ask you to inform us of the items you wish to order by e-mail: shop@dasfeinebad.de

We also need your address to be able to calculate the shipping costs.

Once we have received this information from you, we will send you a link to a shopping basket specially prepared for you in our online store as soon as possible. You can then conveniently complete your purchase.

Please note the following:

We issue an invoice without our VAT valid in Germany, accordingly the price on the invoice is reduced by 19%.

You will then have to pay the VAT applicable in your country + the current customs duties yourself. The parcel service will do this for you automatically. Most of the time, the parcel service provider will contact you by e-mail shortly before the parcel arrives, and you pay the fees online.

The fees and VAT. rates vary slightly depending on the goods.

To ensure that this runs smoothly, please send your product requirements and your exact contact details by e-mail to shop@dasfeinebad.de or via our contact form. The article number or article name is sufficient.

We will then send you an invoice by e-mail. Once we have received your payment, we will send you the goods promptly.

Shipping costs to Switzerland

Shipping costs to Switzerland are 8,90 Euro.
From 500.- Euro we ship free of charge.
From 3000.- Euro please inquire separately, as additional customs clearance measures are necessary.
