As your order was shipped to the U.S., no German VAT was charged on your purchase. However, import duties and carrier fees may be charged upon import into the U.S. These charges are determined and collected by the U.S. authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control.

Alles hat so gut geklappt und wurde super schnell geliefert,
alles war sehr wertig und geschmackvoll verpackt und selbst die Rechnung war auf sehr wertigem Papier.
Da bereitete das Auspacken schon große Freude.
Leider hat der Artikel meinen Vorstellungen nicht entsprochen, aber dafür kann der Shop natürlich nichts.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Team war dann sehr nett, der Rücksendevorgang easy und unkompliziert.
Bin rundherum zufrieden. Meine angesichts des Preises hohen Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt.

Beste Erfahrungen! Ich war mir mit der Farbe nicht ganz sicher. Herr Gruschka hat mir dann vorsorglich einen Rücksendeschein beigefügt. Das war aber nicht nötig, da die Farbe doch wunderbar gepasst hat. Ein wirklich guter Kauf.
